These are non-tangible and non-returnable items. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the service is delivered and approved by the client.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed (e.g. significant deviation from agreed features or timelines).

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • The order was cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, and work has not yet started.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after work has started

  • Delays caused by client’s failure to provide necessary input/content

  • Completed and approved work

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the project work has not started. Once the project is in progress, cancellation will not result in a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.
